Rotary encoders production
Rotary encoders, Elap leading company for rotary encoders.

A rotary encoder, also called a shaft rotary encoder, is an electro-mechanical device used to convert the angular position of a shaft or axle to a digital code, making it a sort of transducer. These devices are used in robotics, in top-of-the-line photographic lenses, in computer input devices (such as optomechanical mice and trackballs), and in rotating radar platforms. There are two main types: absolute, and relative.
Rotary encoders with or without zero pulse. The number of available ppr ranges from 2 to 500 for the series E30/E31 and between 1000 and 3600 for the series E30H/E31H with high ppr number.
The construction technology relying on compact and innovative electronics allows to achieve high performances at a contained price level.
Rotary encoders E400/E401 (flange diameter 58 mm) and E470/E471 (flange diameter 72 mm) can be coupled directly to any motor shaft by mens of ajoint. Available with or without zero pulse.
Their construction technology employs a compact and innovating electronic circuitry granting the best performance
at a contained price level. Complying with standards.
